
The English Madrasa for Islamic Studies, Khaitan Branch, hosted its much-anticipated Annual Day 2025, bringing together students, teachers, parents and community members for a day of reflection, achievement, and celebration.
The event commenced with a soulful Quran recitation by Ihsan, setting a spiritual tone for the day. This was followed by a Welcome Note by PTA President Mohammed Arshad, who expressed gratitude to the attendees and emphasized the importance of community involvement in education. Principal Faisal KV then delivered the Preface, highlighting the madrasa’s commitment to nurturing young minds with both academic and Islamic knowledge.
The Inaugural Speech was delivered by KIG General Secretary Firoz Hameed, who spoke about the significance of Islamic family values in shaping future generations and encouraged parents and students to strive for excellence in both their studies and faith.
Students showcased their talents through Islamic speeches, Powerpoint presentations, Islamic skit, and other cultural performances, demonstrating their skills.
A key highlight of the event was the award ceremony for Annual exam toppers, where outstanding students were recognized for their achievements in academic excellence, and with prizes distributed to Art Fest winners.
The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks and Closing Remarks delivered by Vice Principal Shamina Rashid, expressing gratitude to all attendees, sponsors, and organizers for their contributions to the success of the event. The event was proudly sponsored by Grand Hyper Market and Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Group with the program taking place at the Reggai Awqaf Hall.
PTA General Secretary Nooman Marakkar, Treasurer Shaikh Mohammed Sameer, Vice President Abdurahman, Assistant Secretary Sajid Lokhande, Joint Treasurer Althaf, and other Executive Members including Mohammed Yousef, Mohamed Nabeel, Mohamed Aslam, Naziya Muntaz, along with Program General Convenor Nayeem and Admin Sajid K, were present to extend their appreciation.
The presence of Madrasa Teachers Abdul Qader Ismael, Muaz Uthman, Asmina, Nadeera, Abida and KIG Farwaniya area Educational Convenor Afsal Usman further enriched the occasion, reinforcing the madrasa’s dedication to fostering a strong curricular and extracurricular foundation.
