Under the leadership of the Kuwait KMCC Koduvalli Mandalam Committee, a memorial and prayer meeting was organized in remembrance of the late P. K. Subair, former Koduvalli Municipal Councillor and Mandalam White Guard Captain, who passed away recently.
The event was held at the Farwaniya KMCC office in the presence of State President Sayyid Nasar Mashhoor. The meeting was presided over by Mandalam Acting President Yousuf Poonoor.
KMCC State General Secretary Mustafa Kari inaugurated the event. State Vice President Dr. Muhammad Ali Madavoor delivered the memorial speech. He highlighted the various service activities and initiatives undertaken by Subair Sahib in the Koduvalli municipality and other parts of the mandalam.
State office bearers Haris Valliyoth, Iqbal Maviladam, M. R. Nasar, Kozhikode District President Azeez Thikkodi, Koduvalli Mandalam leaders Nasar Ariyil, senior member Ashraf Modern Bazaar, and Balussery Mandalam President Ismail Valliyoth also spoke at the event.
A special prayer session was also held under the leadership of Sayyid Nasar Mashhoor Thangal and Abdul Hakeem Ahsani.
The program began with a recitation by District Working Committee member Yahya Khan. Mandalam General Secretary Jamaluddin Koduvalli delivered the welcome address, and Vice President Mujeeb Manayath gave the vote of thanks.
The event was led by Jaleel RamPoyil, Shuaib Kalaranthiri, Savad K. T., Nasar Chakkalakkal, and Saifu Vattoli.
