In a world where medical institutions are often measured by technology and infrastructure, Mubarak Al Kabeer Hospital’s Ameri Extension—particularly Ward 23, Room 16-2—reminded me that the heart of healing lies in the people who deliver care with sincerity, precision and compassion.
From the moment I arrived at the casualty ward, I was met with swift, professional action that spoke volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient welfare. Dr. Haitham in the Emergency Room took very special care of me with heartfelt compassion, ensuring that the initial phase of my treatment began with assurance and trust. All of this was possible because of Sister Hara’s selfless and untiring service—her presence felt like divine care in action. Sister Renuga and Sister Kiran were always ready to help with a smile, embodying the gentle strength of angels. Truly, they are the angels of the Lord, sent to bring healing and peace when it was most needed.
What followed was nothing short of exemplary. A multidisciplinary team of doctors from Kuwait, India and Egypt—Dr. Hessa, Dr. Muhammad, Dr. Mariam, Dr. Dhari, Dr. Hour, Dr. Ruman and Dr. Aqeel Muhanna—oversaw every aspect of my treatment with tireless dedication. They ensured that each procedure, test and consultation was timely, accurate and thoroughly explained, leaving no room for uncertainty or anxiety.
Equally inspiring was the nursing team, composed of warm-hearted professionals from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Their tireless round-the-clock care, attention to detail and genuine kindness provided immense comfort during moments of vulnerability. Medicines were administered promptly, vital signs vigilantly monitored and their reassuring presence became a source of strength.
