Well I will say about my meditation routine, I wake up at morning 5:00 am. First I freshen-up, after that I do meditation for 3 minutes. Really it helps me a lot to reduce stress and my day starts with joy and happiness. I'm writing this article because others can also know about meditation and gain it's benefits.

It could be a spare room, the corner of bedroom or study room, a sun porch or anywhere that promotes peace quiet. Make it a space you like. You may want to keep objects there that convey a sense of peace, inspiration or comfort. Make sure it is a place you love to visit so that you can meditate regularly.
