‘Give thanks for a little, and you will find a lot.’ – Class 9D Thanksgiving Assembly
As the year draws to a close, gratitude lights the path, reminding us of the blessings that made the journey worthwhile.
Class 9D hosted a heartfelt Thanksgiving Assembly on 2nd December in the school auditorium, reflecting on the blessings received throughout the year.
The program commenced with a warm introduction, setting the tone for the morning. It was followed by a prayer and a recitation from the Holy Quran, invoking God’s blessings. A graceful prayer dance embodied the essence of gratitude.
The students then presented a skit titled The Ripple Effect of Gratitude. The skit beautifully illustrated how small acts of appreciation can create waves of positivity, leaving a profound impact on those around us. Adding a melodious touch, the choir performed a soulful Thanksgiving song that resonated with the audience, reminding them of the countless blessings in their lives. A short video message further illustrated the meaning of gratitude and its importance.
The principal, Sr. Saritha, in her inspiring address, emphasized the importance of gratitude in daily life. Her words encouraged students to cultivate a thankful heart and cherish every moment as a gift.
A vibrant fusion dance added a burst of energy and color to the program, showcasing the talent of the students. The performers received enthusiastic applause for their captivating performance. The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks and the singing of the Carmel School Anthem.
