Carmel Indian School Kuwait conducted “Fireless Cooking” for 2nd grade students on 16th October 2024 to bring out the creativity of food preparation and presentation from the little champs – all while having fun filled imagination in an aesthetic style.
“Fireless Cooking” is a great way for the students to get involved in the kitchen, learn about healthy foods and practice their skills while learning to work safely.
A lot of enthusiasm was shown by the kids in participating in this activity. The students were dressed as ‘Little Chefs’ as they wore Apron, Chefs cap and plastic gloves which boosted their interest in this activity.
The kids prepared various dishes like Bread and Samoon Sandwiches, cheese and vegetable burgers, Bhel Puri, cream and jam biscuits, fruit salads, vegetable salads and fresh mixed fruit juices.
Our beloved Principal Sr. Saritha and Primary Coordinator Sr. Bedsy visited each class and congratulated the students for their incredible display of passion for cooking and showing immense creativity.
This activity not only provided a platform for the students to foster their creativity and food making skills but also helped them explore their hidden talent of cooking without fire.
All these efforts of the students were supervised by the class teachers as they encouraged and guided them as they prepared their favorite dish.
