TEF Kuwait Organized Yoga & Meditation Class on 12th July 2024

Tamilnadu Engineers Forum (TEF), Kuwait, is a leading Engineering organization in Kuwait, the one & only ISO certified engineering organization registered with Embassy of India to Kuwait.

TEF has an active membership of more than 550 members, studied in the Engineering colleges from the State of Tamilnadu in India, working in Kuwait.

As part of the International Yoga Day Commemoration, TEF Kuwait organized an event - Yoga and Meditation Class to learn the Power of Yoga to improve the Health & Fitness.

TEF Kuwait organized the 16th event of 2024 for the Member and their Spouses with the support of Certified trainers, who conducted the Yoga & Meditation class, exclusively for TEF Members and their Spouses only.

a)DR.HARSHITA BAKSHI, Consultant Ophthalmologist - Dar Al Shifa Hospital, Certified Heartfulness Meditation Trainer & Certified Heartfulness Yoga Trainer

b)Mrs. LATHA CHAKRAVARTHI, Certified Heartfulness Meditation Trainer (TEF Family Member)

c)Er. SENTHIL KUMAR, Certified Heartfulness Meditation Trainer (Engineer, KNPC)

Event was conducted on 12th July 2024, Friday (6.15 - 8.30 AM) at Al-Sahel Sports Club, Abu Halifa. More than 75 yoga enthusiastic Yoga participants attended the program.

Trainers were felicitated with mementoes and the participants found the event very useful.
