700 KD cost for returning expats with quarantine?

The cost for return of expatriates from 34 banned countries is expected to reach 600 to 700 KD including travel ticket, PCR examination, 14 days institutional quarantine with 3-time food. According to Al-Anba Arabic newspaper report, Civil Aviation authorities received quotes from private parties specialized in providing quarries, which quote approximately 600 to 700 KD per person.

However the daily reported that the cost is exaggerated compared to the prices offered by some neighboring countries, which are in the range of 300-350 dinars.

The daily reported that the council of ministers is expected to discuss the proposal submitted by the Civil Aviation authority regarding the lifting of the ban on the 34 countries in today's meeting.

COVID continues and so the unjust and unfair ways and means to extract money continues. Cost of tickets for one way journey we all know . Even u do spacing between seats or double the ticket price it is too much .
Second Covid testing —/-if u do test before boarding and asking for institute quarantine than no sense in Covid test on arrival.
Arrival Covid testing is valid if you do home quarantine.
Next is hotel stay or institutional quarantine what is need for 14 days one spending in hotel if Covid is negative before boarding , on arrival and suppose you check on day seven after arrrival ..no sense for hotel quarantine??
God help the decision makers , the people traveling back Kuwait are not coming for fun . They are away from there families , some coming to resume work and some to explore lost jobs .

So. This will be now another business.. But we can not blame anyone. When business diminishes in one area some other sector flourishes.
