70,000 expats  to leave Kuwait next year as no renewal for above 60

More than 70,000 expatriates are expected to leave Kuwait next year as the authorities stop renewing residence of expatriates above 60 years of age without graduation certificate.

Authorities confirmed that starting from Jan 1st 2021, residency permit for expats above 60 years without graduation certificate will not be renewed. There is no return, no exception, or amendment to the decision, authorities confirmed. Those who meet the conditions and regulations for joining a family who has children working in Kuwait can transfer to the family visa under their children.

According to sources, about 70,000 expatriates will be effected with this decision and will be leaving Kuwait.

A person who earns graduation at the age of 21, is essentially useless at the age of 60. At the age of 60, all are the same. Health and the experience that one earned is the matter at 60!

Graduate''s will find job even in their Assumed God''s own country. Law should be equal not partial. Graduate''s above 50 years should be deported ASAP.
else deport all above 60 years whether graduate or no. Law should be fair for all.
graduate couple oldies will be very Proud and won''t Speak out or support and make Fun of Non graduate oldies.
while on the other hand Non graduate oldies were and will be regretting forever till their last hour for not completing graduation...
