“The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life.” Yoga is a lifestyle that promotes a healthy mind in a healthy body, fostering balance between physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. International Day of Yoga is observed every year on June 21st to raise awareness about this ancient practice and celebrate the physical and spiritual benefits yoga has brought to the world. As a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline, yoga plays a crucial role in relaxing the mind and body while boosting the immune system.
The United International Indian School believes that education does not mean mere imparting of knowledge or facts but it encompasses an all-round development of an individual. The school has been taking all initiatives to accomplish this.
