Coconut plays a very important role in some people’s life, some people use coconut for their ceremony, inauguration, traditional weddings etc. Connections between naryal i.e. coconut breaking. There are many mythological, spiritual reason behind breaking coconuts. Coconut is considered as most sattvic food. It is sacred, pure, clean, health giving and gifted with numerous property. Mature, ripe coconuts can be used as edible seeds, or processed for oil and plant milk from the flesh, charcoal from the hard shell, and coir from the fibrous husk. Dried coconut flesh is called copra, and the oil and milk derived from it are commonly used in cooking – frying in particular – as well as in soaps and cosmetics.

Fruit juices like orange, sweet lime, watermelon etc are amazing but coconut water is the best and most important. It has some very well-known health benefits. During summers people sweat a lot and become dehydrated. During the summer, coconut water helps to keep the body hydrated despite the heat. Here are some stupendous health benefits of drinking coconut water on a daily basis.

It helps in weight loss:-

Coconut water keeps you hydrated and prevents storage of fat inside the body. It is low in calories and sugars. Hence prevents weight gain.

Strengthens heart:-

Several studies have shown that coconut water helps in lowering bad cholesterol levels in arteries and increases the level of good cholesterol. People suffering from blood pressure and other dangerous illnesses, must drink coconut water. It helps to manage such issues.

Glowing skin:-

There is a lot of pollution around us. Poor diet, food and lifestyle habits makes our skin dull. Drinking coconut water regularly helps to eliminate bacteria and gives a clear glow to the skin.

Manages Diabetes:-

Coconut water can help in lowering blood sugar levels. Researchers say that drinking coconut water is very essential.

My mother use coconut in our daily routine like making breakfast (nashta) with grated coconut for making special kokni dish and even in her recipes too. I apply coconut oil for massing my hair which gives my hair strength and shine. I will suggest to use coconut in daily routine.
