Progressive Professional Forum Kuwait orchestrated TRANSCEND ’23 as part of its Annual General Meeting on 11th May at Kohinoor Hall, Fahaheel.
PPF Kuwait president Adv Thomas Stephen in his address stressed that PPF Kuwait has attained a respectable space among the top socially responsible professional organizations serving the community in Kuwait and in the homeland. Entering the 10th-anniversary celebrations, PPF Kuwait will continue its journey to contribute to the inclusive development of society.
Top professionals in Kuwait shared their key learnings and experience in TRANSCEND ’23. “A True Professional Story” shared by Mr. P.C. George, senior consultant engineer with Kuwait MEW, who was honored by the Indian Navy as a War Hero contained an enlightening message to professionals to understand the growth, challenges, and the importance of work-life balance while pursuing a professional career.
Mr. Suresh C. Pillai, CEO of Mark Technologies inspired the professionals and budding entrepreneurs with his “Success Journey of an Entrepreneur in Kuwait”. In his presentation on “Experience, Exchange and Extend Resources for Circular Economic Growth”, Mr. Valliappan, a corrosion specialist and consultant with KOC initiated a thought-provoking session on resource conservation and minimum waste generation. Mr. R. Naganadhan, Loka Kerala Sabha Member shared updated information about various welfare, investment, and pension schemes by the Kerala Government suitable for expatriates to continue a secure and comfortable retirement life in Kerala.
An e-Magazine TRANSCEND ’23 was released on the occasion by senior PPF Kuwait member Mr. K. Santhosh Kumar. Earlier, Mrs. Sherly Sasi Rajan, General Secretary presented the report on PPF Kuwait activities for the year 2022-23 and Sreejith Palakkurishi, Treasurer submitted the accounts statement, and Dr. Rajesh Varghese extended the vote of thanks.
The event was well coordinated by the Master of Ceremony, Mr. Shaji Madathil. Mementos were presented on behalf of PPF Kuwait to all the speakers and a dinner was also arranged. Mr. Prasanth Warrier, Vice President of PPF Kuwait and convener concluded TRANSCEND ‘23 with his vote of thanks.
