The Kuwait Indian resident law graduates and lawyers’ association “Indians Lawyer’s Forum Kuwait hosted a meeting with 13 High court senior Lawyers of “Kerala Federation of Women Lawyers”, who were came to Kuwait for attending the FIDA (Federation International De Abogados) Asia regional Conference under Kuwait Bar Association. It is an international association to support and for achieving empowerment and rights of Women and children within the community around the world and dealt with Domestic Violence Act.

Adv Mohammed Basheer, the General convenor of the ILF welcomed the 13 Lawyers for the meeting and conveyed ILF’s regards and the women lawyers introduced themselves and explained the activities of FIDA.

Adv Suresh Pulikkal, General Secretary of ILF, briefed about the ILF activities and its function and extended the support and cooperation to work for the Domestic Violence within the community. Adv Karthika Sukumaran, the team leader presented their federations activity and influence and support for the aggrieved family members against the Domestic Violences throughout the Country. Many pathetic experiences presented to us as per their involvements.

Indian Lawyer’s executives Adv Jaseena Basheer, Adv Jeral Jose, Adv Jamshad ,Adv Smith manjokumar, Anas Puthiyottil also attended the function. It is an extended support for the expatriates, whose families are at back home, if they face any domestic violence and definitely this kind of activities by the federation is a helping hand for our people.
