Bhavans Smart Indian School celebrated International Children’s Day and Men’s Day

International Children’s Day is celebrated to promote international togetherness and awareness among children as well as to improve their welfare, as they are the joy and the hope of the world. International Children’s Day was celebrated at SIS in four categories namely Kindergarten, Primary, Middle and Senior. The school Principal Mr. Mahesh Iyer conveyed the message that “Every child is a different kind of flower and all together make this world a beautiful garden.”

It was a ‘Fun Day’ for the students as various games, competitions, quiz and programs were arranged for the students. Students were excited to wear colour dress. The special assembly and SIS FM by the teachers were the highlight of the day. A short film titled ‘Short Cut’, was presented to students which was produced, directed, and acted by the teachers and students of Bhavans Kuwait.

International Men's Day was also commemorated on this day in order to value the contributions of men to the world, their families, and communities. Female staff expressed their respect and love to male teachers by displaying their childhood photos that created laughter and joy. The joyous day ended with cake cutting and distribution of sweets to the students and staff members.
