Bhavans IES Celebrates the Universal Children’s Day with Pomp and Grandeur

Bhavans Indian Education school, Kuwait, magnificently celebrated the Universal Children’s Day on its campus and on its virtual platform on Thursday, the 18th of November 2021.

The exciting day started off with the dazzling performances by the teachers for the morning assembly.

They gave a magnificent example of how to present a school assembly interestingly and creatively.

The sacred prayer, the verses from the Holy Quran, the informative news segment, the compendious and enthralling speech, the mellifluous songs by the teachers and the inspiring pledge by Srihari Badrinarayanan, Vice President, School Parliament, made the assembly a grand one.

Thunderous applause followed every performance, making the merriment unceasing.

Mr. T. Premkumar, Principal, IES, addressed the student community. He started off his message by extending warm greetings on the occasion of Universal Children’s Day. Furthermore, he conveyed that childhood is the most precious time of one’s life, so students should enjoy each and every moment of their childhood. The last two periods of the day were set aside to unleash the children’s artistic skills.

The class teachers also organized various interactive online games for the students. The students displayed colorful sketches drawn by them. They felt elated, loved and appreciated by the gesture shown to them by their creative and passionate teachers on their special day - The Universal Children’s Day.
