One of my favorite dialogues is stated by Hermione Granger. J.K Rowling a magnificent writer in the history of the English language is known for her brilliant series of Harry Potter. I think I started reading Harry Potter very late, probably when I was 13 and I was really mad at myself for not reading it sooner. It's a series of books that convey the story of Harry James Potter from his childhood to early Young-adult hood.
The first book starts off with how Professor Albus Dumbledore (Headmaster of Hogwarts witchcraft and wizardry) along with Professor McGonagall Minerva and Rubeus Hagrid ( Gamekeeper of Hogwarts) leaves Harry on the doorstep of the Dursleys Harry Potter: my childhood
“It’s leviOsa, not levioSA!” (his uncle and aunt) in Privet Drive because his parents were killed by He-who-shall-not-be-named (Voldemort). On Harry's 11th birthday a surprising and utterly unexpected thing happened, Hagrid comes to Harry on the midnight of his birthday and tells him that he is a wizard. The rest of the book tells us how Harry goes to Hogwarts and meets Ronald Arthur Wesley and Hermione Granger who ends up being his best friends and partners in crime and how he finds out He-who-shall-not-be-named killed his parents when he was one year old and that it was because of him the great Voldemort got destroyed which makes him quite popular in the Wizarding World, but then again Voldemort returns and the rest of the series tell us how he found more about his parents, about Voldemort and how he ended Voldemort once and for all with the help of his friends. Harry Potter has 7 books in total and 8 movies, the movies are directed by David Yates and Chris Columbus, starring Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint with an amazing crew. I’d say that Harry Potter is a book that has everything in it- Family, friendship, love, mystery, fantasy, school life, and overall magic. The book has got an amazing plot and very thrilling turn of events throughout the book, that keeps the readers very hooked on reading on and on without stopping and I say it’s a book meant for both teenagers and adults.
The Harry Potter series is an ever thrilling series because it tells a story that millions of people loved, and it introduced the world to a whole different and unique magical world that millions of people have dreamed of escaping into and I am still waiting for my Hogwarts letter! Both the books and movies have been translated into many different languages over the years. Even after 24 years, the book is something that is being read and discussed all over the world.
