Benefits of Ayurveda

Does Ayurveda really work? YES / NO.

Ayurveda was born in India.

Ayurveda was born when humanity was born. You must have seen a monkey or a cat knows exactly which plant to eat when they are feeling unwell. This instinct of knowing what to do when you are feeling unwell is the origin of Ayurveda. Human just started recording it about many many years ago.

Your kitchen is your pharmacy.

Your mother is your doctor

Your food is your medicine

Is Ayurveda better than modern medicine? No Ayurveda is not better than modern medicine because it is not a medicine it is a way of life! Ayurved focuses on curing your life style it cannot be compared with modern medicines and it cannot give identical result in a Laboratory because of one simple reason!

It takes into account three things body, mind and personality and how exactly you can measure a person’s personality, so each medicines is customized for your needs studying your body. It is the inside, out way of solving any problem so to heel somebody you don’t need to defeat the disease all you need to think about is how to bring back the balance in one’s body. Our bodies are different we have different characteristics.

Ayurved believes human are a part of nature actually there is nothing to believe … it’s a fact. Have you heard about Panchmahabhutas?

1)Fire

2)Water

3)Earth

4)Air

5)Space

Human bodies are made of this 5 elements, all of these old texts are not to be taken too literally. We are not made up of this fire it is Digestion! We literally have acid in our stomach and that’s the FIRE. We have fire! We are 70% water we cannot leave without air we have minerals from earth in our bones and this whole body and the aura around it is our space. You being healthy is not good for a pharma company because they want you to fall sick that their business so they will spent a lot of money in finding a better cure but not a enough money is finding prevention methods but the Ayurveda only focuses on prevention we have been using this remedies for ages……. Turmeric, (Haldi) Cumin (Jeera) Drumstick leaves and now companies are trying to get a patent on using this herbs as medicines it helps if they denied that Ayurved works in the first phase we have a theory in Ayurveda of finding natural curse based on how something looks for example: a walnut look like a brain; carrot looks like an eye; and now the same theory is making a comeback using a fancy name, “SIGNATURE THEORY”

Our country is deeply connected with nature and there is no better proof than Ayurved. The depth of all the remedies and treatment is Ayurveda is something we all should be proud of and this is not the only form of natural medicine to exist in India. Sidda, Ayurveda, Unani all these forms existed from people who observed nature to make medicines. I like to believe in science, I like evidence, I like to believe things that can be tested, I like certainty but I also believe that science is knowing that we don’t know a lot of things we are living in a very confusing time. We are trying to measure the distance between the earth and the moon.

But there is an easier way in terms of Ayurveda and I invite you to try our ancient remedies not with closed eyes but with open arms our Indian culture is open to new ideas and we should be open to the once that are old.

Even today in this dangerous pandemic (covid-19) some doctors too suggest us to have a ginger tea or turmeric milk, or lemon grass tea etc. We are again going back to olden day’s remedies to cure ourselves.

Old is gold and it should never to be sold
