The Council of Ministers, in its weekly meeting, announced that the first day of Eid falls on Sunday, March 30, holiday will be for 3 days for all ministries, government agencies and public bodies. The work will resume on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

However if Eid al-Fitr is confirmed to begin on Monday, March 31, 2025, a five-day holiday will be observed. That is the holiday will commence on Sunday, March 30, 2025, marking the completion of Ramadan, followed by a holiday on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Work will then resume on Sunday, April 6, 2025.
