Some sections of businesses are closed -like salons + fully and they are loosing+ their lively hood and has to pay rent also. Same time public sector closed partially with OT benefits. Private companies are working without observing social distancing, their buses are rolling fully packed condition. Then what the use those closed like Salons from beginning. Full lock down is the best option.
