Yesterday traffic was standstill/ moving at snail''s pace for hours on 5th Ring road during morning rush hours. No cops to solve the problem. Many in my office reached 2 to 3 hrs late.

If you don''t control or ban the idiots driving while chatting or watching videos, this will remain same. I have seen enough on the roads but still gets afraid almost on daily basis by seeing ppl on mobile that they have no idea of their high speed and lanes.
Any speed + use of mobile must be arrested. Any life is much more important than their useless and dangerous fun.
