19 Indians arrived directly to Kuwait sent back from the airport after spending a day inside the airport

Nineteen Indians who arrived Kuwait directly from India on a charter flight from Kochi are sent back to India from Kuwait International Airport. Around 175 Indians, which include Staff nurses from the Ministry of Health, KOC, employees of the Ministry of Education arrived in Kuwait on a special flight arranged by a travel agency in Kochi, Kerala.

As per the health measures in Kuwait, Indians are not allowed to enter directly from India. However, with special permission from the authority, Indians working under the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, KOC, KNPC etc. can enter the country after getting the required approvals from the authorities. Kochin based travel agency arranged this flight after informing all the passengers that all the required permits are in place. However, when they arrived, nineteen of them were not having permission.

They reached Kuwait airport on Tuesday evening and was stuck in the airport for almost a day.

With the involvement of Indian Ambassador Sri Sibi George, Embassy officials discussed the matter with the authorities. They facilitated their return travel without making them in the blacklist for illegal entry so that they can come later with proper documents. As per the prevailing rule, authorities could blacklist them for unlawful entry.

I was one of the passengers on 13th oct from kochi to kuwait. some of us who were direct staff of ministry had no problem in entering kuwait even though the visas had expired in in fact the authorities were welcoming us and thanking us for coming back total number of passengers were only 65-70 including the 19 those send back all the names who came in this flight were sent to the covid screening committee and approved by under secretary and sent to the agency to bring the people back but then after landing in kuwait they decided to allow only direct ministry staff to enter kuwait. Two weeks back they allowed even contract staffs working under ministry of health to return so please guys stop talking NONSENSE about those 19 who were sent back
Nearly 60% of those who came were from other states delhi, bombay lacknow ,hyderbad ,chennai etc some of them had to arrive 3-4 days before the flight just to make sure they were in the flight and to do PCR test had it not been a travel agent from KERALA most of us will be in india even now . ( nearly 12.5 core direct jobs have been lost in india till date) where were the travel agencies from other states? majority of the KERALA ,MALLU ,MALAYALEE ( words used to address indians from kerala) were brought back way back in june by the ministry of health so this flight were mainly for other states think twice why the ministry of kuwait didnt want any flight from any other states it shows the...... minds.

These 19 are over smart people who thinks that they can fool anybody. These all should have been punished either by putting them in jail or deport with finger so that they cannot enter in Kuwait in future. Because of these idiots the situation became tough for other genuine people. Furthermore, why the indian embassy officials are begging with authority of kuwait govt. for the release of these crminals? Indian embassy dnt have time to help law abiding indians here but have too much time to help these over smart criminals.

Shame on you dear expat whoever you are still you are thinking in terms of Mallus, tamils , north indian, south indian etc ?? Man we are all from one country and united we should be no matter what, thoughts of people like you are the biggest disgrace and curse for our mother india. This discriminational thoughts living in one country is really very very shameful sorry to say this. If a person from another country ask me where am from i just say am from india and nothing else. Grow up man we are living in the 21st century.

> expat: Are you one of those better people from other states?? Just mention the name of those states , especially yours so that we can salute, bow and pay respect to you all whenever we come across you..

Also, we can properly inform ''some other Gulf nations'' about these people from those states..

It seems the Indian government authorities and the International Airports in India do not have the information about travel restrictions due to the current situations in the world.
This is very difficult situation for Indian passengers who travelled on this flight and were allowed to return back to India.

This is how mallus forcibly cheat and come and also displace other states people in jobs by simply sayg they are best .There are better people in other states which some Gulf nations dont know maybe.
