The Department of General Cleanliness and Road Works at the Hawally Municipality carried out several field inspections at all areas of the governorate last week and removed abandoned cars and vehicles that obstruct the road and distort the general landscape of the area. The team also inspected a number of shops to inspected the conditions of Public Hygiene Regulation.
The inspection campaign was aimed at monitoring violators and take all legal measures against violators.
During the inspection, the team issued 70 public hygiene violations and lifted 136 abandoned cars.
The field tours will be continue until all violations are cleared, the officials said.
