Hi there, my name is Harshini Kamalakannan and I study in the British school of Kuwait. I really enjoy reading books and painting as it enhances my ideas and provides a different perspective to life. I love participating in different kinds of activities like Music programs and sports. Some of my memorable achievements are distinction in the international Benchmark test, winner in a badminton tournament (doubles) in my coaching centre, a zonal qualifier in a French Olympiad and has been shortlisted in the Clint memorial painting competition. Our society is a magical and extraordinary place, however, I strongly believe that we should try our best to eradicate all unjust practices still lingering in our society such as racism, islamophobia , gender-based discrimination etc by this generation. I hope our society would develop into a much better peace-loving community and I pledge to serve as a powerful voice that helps bring awareness about critical problems around the world, to the public eye using this wonderful platform.
