Transfer of my project visa

Gud morning,
First of all, thanks a lot for doing a great job.
I need to clarify some doubts, regarding transfer of my visa. I came to Kuwait one and half year before in private company visa ( Article 18) sharika shoon. After completion of one year, i changed to government project visa. Currently i am in project visa last four month. What my doubt is

1. Is there possible to transfer my visa to another project after two month..? Bcz i completed in this project only four months till now.

2. Is there possible to transfer again project to private company visa..?

Note : first, i came to kuwait in my visa. I mean, private company visa ( free visa).

Yes after complete 3 years... if you are graduate then try in 1 year.

Can you please confirm is this applicable for one who enter kuwait with government project visa ?

Is there any possibility for transfer to private sector ?
