LETTER THROGH INDIA POST STILL NOT REACHABLE AT KUWAIT POST OFFICE

Dear all
An attested birth certificate is sent from India with PO box of Kuwait. When I check in MOC tracking system, it shows'' location at KUWAIT MAIL SORTING CENTER'' & Event type - "Receive items at office of exchange (Inb). Showing date on Feb 09. Still it is not reached in PO Box. So I went to Al Seediq post office and they said to check post office of ur P.O box area. So I checked in Salmiya post office. It is not there and no one is ready to check the current status. Any Idea how to check status of letter? Please note that it is sent as Registered letter, NOT parcel

You made a blunder by sending through Post office and that too to PO Box. Nowadays Kuwait Post Office is not well managed. If address is mentioned Farwaniya, postage goes to Qurain and no one there to respond willingly.
Always use trusted Courier and past experience.
For your solution check from Indian Post who is the receiver in their records like place of receipt. May be that will help you. In Kuwait you have to check who receives the letters of Indian post from Airport or in Airport Post Office Section

You should have told them to send the certificate to you only by courier. Post never reaches here...cannot remember the last time we have received a letter via post.

Go to Hateen Post office with the tracking Number definetely it will be there. Most of the Courier goes to Hateen Sorting centre . Its located exactly nearby to Hateen Cooperative society.
