Kitchen Manager - Quality Control
Have Experience in Japanese Cuisine
Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA, USDA).
Testing and Analysis:
Perform routine testing of ingredients, intermediate products, and final products for quality and safety.
Analyze results and document findings.
Address any deviations or issues identified during testing.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of quality control tests and inspections.
Prepare reports on quality metrics and any issues encountered.
Communicate findings to management and suggest improvements.
Training and Compliance:
Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Ensure that staff adhere to quality and safety standards.
Stay updated with industry regulations and integrate them into company practices.
Problem Solving:
Investigate quality issues and identify root causes.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to address and mitigate issues.
Work with other departments to resolve production problems and improve processes.
