Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their needs and requests are addressed efficiently and effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and streamlining communication between customers and delivery personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order statuses.
2. Order Management: Oversee the order process from initiation to completion. Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, keeping the customer informed at every step.
3. Driver Coordination: Act as a liaison between customers and delivery drivers. Coordinate delivery schedules, route planning, and address any issues that arise during transit.
4. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues. Implement solutions that meet both company standards and customer satisfaction.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and any correspondence or actions taken.
6. Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments for quality improvement and service enhancement.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.
8. Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
