Ooredoo Service

I use Ooredoo line since long but never used their internet pack. I subscribed for 3GB pack on Thursday 22nd June to use the internet during the long holidays as my DSL at home was not working due to some reason. KD 3 was deducted and internet got connected only for few minutes and then there was no internet on my phone. Friday I went to Ooredoo outlet, after working on my phone for about half an hour the gentle man said there is something wrong with your data setting so go to a mobile shop they will do the needful.
I went to a mobile shop, the guy tried for more than half an hour and I got the internet on the phone. When I reached home again the connection went off. I called 121 more than 10 times and got connected to different people all of them gave me different options, few of them were rude too. Nothing helped, finally they said I need to change the SIM and I have to pay KD 5 for the new SIM.
Yesterday I went to Ooredoo outlet again, and told them that I don’t want 3 GB pack and asked them to refund or add 3 KD to my talk time balance. They said that I have used internet for some time. I said deduct that amount and credit balance to my talk time. They said they will make a complaint and someone will call me in 24 hours. In the evening I got a message from Ooredoo saying that my case has been resolved thank you for my patience. Actually nothing is done my money is not refunded, SIM is not changed. All what Ooredoo has done is taken my KD 3 without connecting internet and also wants to take KD 5 for the new SIM.
I have Samsung Note 3 as well as A7. SIM did not work in both the devices even after the configuration installed as sent by Ooredoo. Normally I don’t use internet on my phone as I am a home maker have DSL connection at home.
