How to apply Driving License Card in KUWAIT

Took my Driving License Card in Muroor Asma (Shuwaikh) on May 22, 2025 (4pm)
Documents needed
1-Application Form (Go to typing center and pay 1kd).
2-Civil ID Copy
3-Driving License Copy
Procedure
1-Go to muroor after 2pm
2-Submit your documents to the window counter and they will put notes on your paper.
3-Paper will returned back to you for signature of manager just beside the counter.
4-After signature go back to same guy in counter, show your paper.
5-Same guy will ask you to pay 10kd via Knet and will take your old driving license card. he will attach receipt on your paper
6-After payment, Go for printing on the last window (window-10) and wait for the card. they will call your name
How long will it take?
I did for less than 10min
-Now there is no crowd. If you wish to request the card, do it now because now less people know. For sure after 1 month, it will be crowded.
How you renew your license?
-I renew license via sahel 3 months before expiration
-Valid for 5 years
If you dont have time to do the request.
