Yet another issue affecting only Indians as is the case of KSE membership issue. Our Egyptian colleagues are not facing such issues.
We should seek Indian embassy engagement to resolve this issue.

I think this rule is applicable for professionals .like accountant engr teacher nurse etc. Others ,like office staff salesman store keeper are exempted from this rule. Am I right?

Hi Everyone,
This rule is applies if you are trying to change your position on work permit during renewal. If you are just renewing with same position then no need to any certificates to upload. If your Mandoup is asking for certificates and saying system rejected it then he is playing with you.

It seems some company mandoubs are taking advantage of the situation. Inform your HR manager about the situation that you knew from informed source it is required only for residency transfer or profession change.

It''s really mandatory to make for all position to verify and attested all the certificates by Kuwait Authorities. They should verify through 3rd party like dataflow etc. and i am sure many of them will be cached and finally deserving person gets the job.

Despite holding a postgraduate degree and working as an Admin Secretary in my company, my education qualification status is showing as "not defined" on the manpower website. This has resulted in my renewal being rejected multiple times.The website requires me to select the university, input my percentage, and choose a degree type (such as Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Computer Data Processing, etc.). Let me tell you what happened in the company, our production manager is an MBA graduate who has been working for the last 15 years but unfortunately his MBA education documents were unable to be uploaded even after hard efforts, so finally the mandoob gave up and his occupation has been changed as typist in his work permit, while our typist''s B.Com. education documents were accepted in a single effort so the mandoob changed typist''s occupation to production manager in his work permit.
