Driving License for First Time

Dear All
I have attested university degree. but the mark sheet is not attested, it is enough to have an attested university degree to apply for a driving license. Or it is necessary to get the mark sheet also attested I have been in Kuwait for more than 3 years and my salary is also above 650 KD. Please advise whether this is enough to apply for the license or not. Please advise. Thanks

Degree attested in India and Kuwait is enough.

I have recently got the driving license.
1) Degree original to be attested from both (Mark Sheet -No Need)
2) Degree Arabic Translation with Foreign affairs and justice Stamp
3) It''s better to update the Qualification in your Work Permit (Mandoop can do this)

Is it possible to apply for a driving license on provisional degree which is attested, translated and is stamped from MOFA & MOJ?
Rest all other criteria''s are met.

what provisional degree?
UG degree only allowed no more diploma even PG/Phd!
