I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT FOR BOOSTER DOSEVACCINATION I WRONGLY BOOKED NOW MY MOBILE NUMBER CHANGED AND THE SCHDEULE APOOINTMENT MESSAGE COMES TO PREVIOUS MOBILE NUMBER

ACTUALLY I DONT KNOW THE DATES AS MY PREVIOUS MOBILE NUMBER WAS LOST AND IT WAS REGISTERED IN MOH FOR VACCINATION ANY OTHER WAY TO FIND WHEN AND WHICH DATE YOU HAVE APPOINTMENT
