Try the half-cooked chapati, which is commonly available in Kuwait.

it ihappens when the moistue content of chapati lossed by evaporation due to dry weather. Just wrapp the chapati''s iwith cling film or aluminium foil.

Dont use KFM atta. Use indian brand like Venki, or Annapoorna.. they remain soft

My chapati remain same not hard. Use wheat flour brown and make chapati not very thin .

Spread little ghee when you cook it. Also after it cooled, keep it in a closed box or as suggested wrapped in cling film or aluminium foil.

Dear, If you have option to use oven then before heating just sprinkle some water on chapati and heat in oven it will become soft and fresh.

Thank you all for your suggestions. Yesterday, I added some extra ghee to each side, and today the chapatis are just fine. Once again thank you Guys..

Chappathi hits the goal post... Use some peacock oil and massage it..its will be softened.
