Company not paying indemnity

Hi all
I have been employed by a manufacturing company for the past 14 years. Recently, I was laid off, and although they promised to pay me all of my indemnity and leave pay in accordance with Kuwaiti law, they have not done so. They have also ignored all of my correspondence, and when I go in person, they become agitated and tell me not to bother coming.
I''m simply curious as to how I would approach Shoon if they weren''t paying me, and how I could obtain my settlement legally.
Please be so kind as to share your knowledge and experience if you have gone through it or have knowledge.

have you signed anything by MOJ to submit company?
if NO
And money might be 5000> then
go to good lawyer make case against co,.lawyer fee not morethan 10% but most of them asking 25%
1st hearing u will be compensate.
