I am having the same problem. I sent an email to PACI support and despite their prompt response they are still unable to resolve the issue. I was worried that my license was on hold for some reason. However, PACI informed me if the license appears on ''Sahel'' Application, then it is valid. I checked and its valid. But till date PACI is not able to add the Driver''s License in my Mobile ID wallet.

Dear Siraj, Your license has been cancelled. It may be that your designation has changed on your work permit.
As per the new criteria, if your license is issued after March 2013 and there are any changes to your work permit that do not match the Kuwait driving license criteria, it will be canceled automatically, and nothing can be done.
In case your license was issued before March 2013, kindly visit the traffic department from where you were issued the license with documents (new work permit copy, itamal toukiya copy, your country license copy, civil ID copy, passport copy). If you show all these documents to the concerned traffic department, they will verify them, and your license will be activated in the system on the spot.
There''s no need to vasta or influence it. Easy task.
