What you can do is call them directly and ask. (1800164)
They will reset the password and send to you by email.
Happened to me last time and i contacted the customer support no.
They helped immediately.

You can call 164, they will give you temporary password and then you can login and change password.
If your account is still showing locked, closed the browser and log in again after 30 min

I had same problem and email problem solved.
1. I sent email on 30th May 1:30 pm to [email protected]
2. By evening got a bit desperate, as i didnt get any response so i tried calling 164, but auto-message kept me in queue.
3. meta-support email responded on 31th May 11 am requiring civil id, phone number and email id to be mentioned even when i had already attached and provided this info in my 29th email
4. Same as # 2 and same results. Calls are hard to reach (try Saturday when load is expected to be low)
5. meta-support email responded on 2nd June evening that they have updated my account (email came back in arabic in my gmail - there was translation feature-link in gmail just near my email id at the time and it worked).
6. Then i reset my password by following instructions.
7. I changed to new password, my password is reset and it logged in just fine.
Now

Call 1800164.
They will ask your Civil ID Details, same time they will give temporary password.
Login Meta account, then update your new email id and mobile number.

Try this password " meta2023". This is the reset password they provide me. They will reply to your email after 4-5 working days. or call customer care the same person of the civil id and they will give password.

Faced the same issue today. So, I sent them an email and they replied back instantly, asking me for my civil id copy. When I sent that, they sent me a temporary password and asked me to change it after login and it worked. I could even change the email address and add my mobile no. for future uses.
