You are at a cross road where you either need to explore the unknown (settling in India) or struggle to stay in where you are working.. It’s OK to feel many things at once, including uncertainty... You don’t have to be positive all the time. It’s perfectly OK to feel sad, angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared, or anxious.
At age 50+ you have seen enough of life''s dramas.. what is more imp for you? staying in kuwait with stress or taking a leap of faith and returning to India.. If you are hesitant to explore the unknown; thn keep looking for a less demanding job(which comes with a price of low salary) and make peace with it. If not thn spread your wings with positive attitude and you will hopefully find something in India.
Everyone in this forum will guide you with their personal opinions and priorities... May be it''s time to let your heart guide you like a lantern in the dark.

Its an art to work in a dirty environment without taking home the insult , mock and agony given by your superiors and peers. If you are able to manage the work within the time its even easier to deal with. However if the work given is beyond your understanding and capability it gets tough and it would be better to look out for an easier work elsewhere.
Politics at work is the dirtiest thing to have in life. To be frank the worst people to work with are Indians and Arabs. (non Kuwaitis). Kuwaitis are good to work as well as Westerners.
Try to take things calm and pat that ''all is well'' in your mind whenever you are disturbed.
Just tell yourself, that you are a survivor , a fighter and you have come till here with this attitude. No one or nothing can take away your peace of mind even if they are your boss or peers.

Ignore those shits.. If your workplace is not good, change it.
Age is just a number, try until you succeed. Your experience will take you to the right place.
Never get disappointed because of other negative people.
They are just showing their unsuccessful life towards you..just ignore them.
Go ahead with your new job hunting..I am sure you can find a best place where your experience get valued.

This is how to handle the fear of a Bully
Whenever facing a bully, imagine that he is sitting on the commode with severe constipation. You can take your imagination to extent where it puts smile on your face. The fear of the bully will evaporate.
Do not leave your job just because others are not good.

You are living elephant chain syndrome. When elephant is young he is tied to a chain and other side tied to a tree. As elephant grows up he gets used to being tied up and never pulls the chain as he gets used to being tied up, even though at this point he can uproot the tree.
Trust yourself. Trust God and don''t be afraid of the change. India has many opportunities and life here is good. If you have enough money come back and live the life you have made for yourself by slogging in a foreign land. Been there done that.
