TOP STAR WORLD CARGO

Hi,

I would like to bring your attention that a cargo company operating in Kuwait under the name of “Top star world cargo” Fahaheel (Operating person Name Abu baker 23928354). This Cargo Company are lairs and always gives you false promise. I sent a cargo through them in mid of October which was supposed to reach within 30 to 35 days. So far 52 days has passed but until now it has not been delivered.

They keep giving vague excuses about delay. Every time I call them, they say I will call you back within a minute and never call back. When I visited their office, first they said customs have found some gold in someone cargo material so the cargo is stuck in customs department and requested us to provide the aadhar card copy of consignee to clear the material from customs. I believed him and immediately provided the aadhar card copy. Then he promised me that my cargo will be delivered in next week. When I call him next week same thing happened again that answering my call, saying I will call you back and then disconnect. Again when I visited his office he told me now cargo is cleared from customs but the vehicle is break down and it will take 3-4 days to deliver the material but until now it has not been delivered. Now when I’m call him, he is saying the same that I will call you back then never calls me back. I think this is his trick to ignore the calls.

Please avoid them at all cost.
