Only first dose of Pfizer- Need suggestion

A friend of mine was infected with Covid in Feb 2021.
He took his first dose of Pfizer vaccine in July 2021. They said that for Covid infected person 1 dose of vaccine was enough. Plus his Mobile Id was showing vaccine status as First Dose : PCR positive and Second Dose : Pfizer

He travelled to India with only 1 dose of Pfizer . Now he is not able to return back to Kuwait since now Kuwait needs 2 dose of vaccine to be completed and status to turn to green.

His Status is still showing orange.

Can anyone advice what can be done since there is no Pfizer available in India right now.

If anyone has dealt with same situation then please update your suggestions. Would be a great help.

He left Kuwait when his immune app status is Orange. That was the biggest mistake he did.
Everyone, whether infected with Covid or not, require two doses of vaccine.
Now he must take second dose from India and upload the certificate in MoH site and get approval to get green color in his immune app.
But as you know, in India pfizer is not available, he will be forced to take Covaxin and better to check with some doctor in India before taking the mix vaccine.

Covaxin not approved in kuwait. Take covishield.

Let him travel to some other country on visit or tourist visa like dubai ... and receive 2nd shot of Pfizer. then he can travel to kuwait

Dear Joe,

Please make sure before giving out any information. Dubai isn''t giving out Pfizer to visitors as of now still. It is only for Citizens and Residence.
