worst cargo service of supreme

i have sent cargo in October 2020 through "SUPREME" and didn''''t reach india until today and the staff keep promising to deliver by end of month which has passed 8 months now and no positive outcome yet.
i am sure so many customer grievances are reported but this company doesn''t pay heed to customer issues. request customer not to opt service from this cargo office and hope owner take up the issue seriously and resolve at earliest.

Mohammed, It is depends on couple of things like the delivery place and whether it is sea or air cargo. If it is air cargo then it should have reached last year only. But for sea cargo, the companies prepare one big container (20''/40'') and wait till that container is completely filled here in Kuwait. So basically that takes month or two considering situation here last year. Then they send this container to the place where they have their clearing agent irrespective of the delivery address of content in it. Clearance also takes time in India. Once it is cleared they send that to their local distribution center and then from there it is going to nearest place in your locality. There also they will wait till they have enough cargo to dispatch in one shot. Hopefully you will receive your cargo in near time.

I have sent from AK cargo services from mangaf/fahaheel. Since 5 month they are promising next week. Now they switched off thier mobiles 50929937 / 94429152, thier name Raju / Mohiuddin/ Suresh
