Worst Cargo service AK Express mangaf

Dear all,
I have send my cargo through AK express on 11 dec 2020, since now i havent git the items at home. What is the legal way to proceed and get hold of this man Kasim, he is not answering the phone I need a suggestion to how to get hold of him and get my cargos. Phone nos of this cargo are 50929937,94429152,94429154 please I request all not to trust this cargo and dont send cargo through him. Please let your friend and relative too know this

I also send threw AK cargo on 3rd December still not received and they are not receiving call what we have to do

I have send cargo through them on 17/2/2021 and till now not received and picking up the calls to answer it is almost 5 months now please don’t send any goods with AK express courier they are fraud they don’t even give the tracking ID for the shipment
