Go to embassy between 8 am to 12 pm, they will check civil id and passport copy of student and then they will give you a token, submit all the document (original TC, copy of student civil I''d, copy of student passport and copy of father passpor) at the counter and pay fee of 3.75 kd, within 45 minutes you will get the TC attested.

just for info.... 2years back there was no such thing, i never went to the Embassy for any attestation when my ward finished the 12th std. Maybe its a new requirement introduced now. Please don''t mis-guide unless it''s a mandatory requirement.

Was informed by the school management, to get the CBSE certificate attested from the MOEdu/Embassy/MOFA (in Mubarak Al-Kabeer-Qurain). As there will be issues during the admission process in India, And then we need to get back the documents, and then attest them and resend back for admissions.
So went to MOEdu in Mubarak Al-Kabeer, but they told to get attested from Embassy, then from MOFA, then come back to get attested from MOEdu.
So if anyone has got their child admitted to Indian universities with or without attestations of their certificates, please provide insight to help the community.

From DASA Brochure "(i) The transcripts / marks / grade sheets of the qualifying examination should be self-attested."
All you need is self-attestation!
