Usually TVS is giving good service compare to other companies. This much delay is not acceptable. May be they lost the shipment or held somewhere. They have office in Maliya. Check their site. https://tvshydergroup.com/contact-us.php

I used TVS cargo services twice this year. In Jan for air cargo and in April for sea cargo to Karnataka. All reached earlier than expected without any issues. I am surprised to hear this. Hope your cargo gets released soon.

Yes, many are facing the same issue. Most of the cargo sent during NOV/DEC time is stuck in custom. The issue is across all cargo companies and not just TVS. You can visit their office and claim for refund/reimbursement.

yes one of my friends is facing the same, and after following it up for so long, they finally said take the refund. but wht about the money spent on goods?

Iam also facing the same issue , sent on November 9th Airfreight . Still its not reached Kochi. Lost 180 Kgs of Goods.

Yes, @Lijo one of my Friend Mr. Prathap also having same issue for Nov6th he sent still not yet received but they ready to give Claimed Cost or wait one more month . That November month cargo Stuck due to Customs Clearance issue in India. That ship Still there in India. The issue is across all cargo companies and not just TVS. You can visit their office Kuwait or India and claim for refund/reimbursement.

@Lijo - Simply TVS Cargo service is best - I regularly use their service and never faced any problem. On an average I send 10 - 12 cargo yearly.
I was once surprised that my SEA CARGO reach my house within 26 days - Otherwise it reaches MUMBAI within 45 days.
May be some serious problem happened in your case.
