It''''s a simple and easy procedure. You have to go to your electricity office and get the cancellation letter and submit the same to the M.O.E head office in Surra(building next to civil id office, if you are standing facing the Civil id office, the building on the left side of civil id office) Take a copy of proof of you IBAN number from your bank and submit the cancellation paper in the first floor(when you enter the head office, the room on your diagonal right in the first floor). Then after it is updated in the system, they will give a paper to submit it the accounts section(it is an entrance on diagonal left from the entrance of the head office room entrance) alongwith the IBAN proof. The deposit will get credited to your bank. If you still need bengali assistance, the guys in the first floor outside will self volunteer.

Hi friends, I submitted all the required papers at South Surra on Oct 14. They gave me the usual small slip and the No dues certificate. It is now more than three months but the KD 125 has not been credited to my account. Is there any one who can be contacted to check the status? Thanks.
