Arrested by CIB and booked for Deportation - Legal Advise needed

Dear Viewers,
Our office boy''s friend got arrested near IKEA Avenues during a raid by CIB. He was waiting there for a friend and got picked with other Bangladeshi workers helping shoppers carry goods to their car for a tip.
He has a valid Article 18 Visa and has not been paid by his company for the past 5 months.
Now the CIB says they will transfer him to some center in Dajeej on sunday.
Can someone please advise if his deportation can be averted?

The office boy should be deported, he committed a crime.
Your allowed to work only for the company where your visa is stamped.
The day he found out he wasn''t getting paid, he should have resigned and looked for a new job and transferred.
He choose the faith and should be deported, ADVICE to you stay away from this situation.

@Sam- The office boy"s friend was arrested, not the office boy. Next time read the post before you throw around your gyan.

Sam read the statement again, it says office boys friend....
Its still a criminal offense so deportation time.

May be Taxi Service thats why they catch him. Takecare.
