Are you a resident of salmiya? If yes first do as per a previous post (search) Make full payment online and they will give clearance certificate. All this is done through whatsapp. After that go online and upload the clearance certificate + iban + civil id. The website is in English else use Google translate. Its very hard to impossible to get appointment in MEW in surra. I did all the above 15 days back and waiting for the refund.

Dear Salmiya resident can you mention the website URL name where i can submit online and upload the clearance certificate + iban + civil id....... Under which options i have to submit above documents. On website https://www.mew.gov.kw/en/services/ 1) Billing services 2) Electricity services 3)Water Services 4)Meter Services 5)Inquiries and Complaints 6)Decisions and Circulars please let me know under which options i need to check and upload these documents as i have already done the conciliation and got the paper. But still don''t know how to proceed for refund of 125 KD deposit money.

Other is MEW website - >services But as i said, i applied online but they are not processing refund. Some excuse or the other.

The id is portal.mew.gov.kw , go to meter services, then click leave the facility You need to type an application, photo of your meter, Iban number and civil id copy. All these need to be uploaded online. You will be provided with an enquiry number. In 24 hrs somebody from MEW will revert back to you with the updates.
