PASSPORT RENEWAL

My daghter''s residency will be expired on 27th June 2020. Her passport will expired tomorrow. But i took insurance from June 4th to next june 4th 2021. My residency status is 14 visa ( temporary). when i try to renew her residency it shows cannot proceed your request. Do I need to renew her passport inorder to renew her residency after 27th june 2020? confusion...

You & ur advisor (if u have one) are real extra smart ppl.
1st of all a person holding #14 can''t perform regular govt services offered to the expat.
2ndly, the res is expiring on 27th and u r trying to renew from 4th, whom u r trying to fool?
3rdly, even if u try fooling the system, it will pick the renewal from 28th Jun. It won''t proceed ahead bcz PP doesn''t have the required validity.
Last but not the least, get the pp renewed and then go ahead with the renewal steps by updating the PP info.
