72 years ago all people of India woke up hearing that their mother India is no longer known as British India but just as INDIA or Bharat. It was the most remarkable day after more than 100 years of struggle for this wonderful day to come over. We all are enjoying this freedom which is the contribution of our super heroes who sacrificed their life for this. We cannot just leave this day without marking it as a day for India to show up when we got the independence. So we all are known to this day as Independence Day and it is celebrated every year on 15 august.

On this day all Bharatiare’s patriotism is at peak point. This wonder full occasion is celebrated with different kinds of festivity and all the celebrations take place at the Red-fort. It is marked throughout the country with flag rising ceremonies, drills and the most pride moment the singing of the national anthem. There will be cultural program from all the state capitals. After the Prime Minister hoist the flag at the Red-fort, there will be a parade with all the members of armed forces. Then the fly over displaces the marvellous colours of our tiranga flag. Then the prime minister addresses the country.

I cannot just write this article without mentioning the freedom fighters like the father of India (Mahatma Gandhi ji), Sardar vallaibai Patel, Rani Lakshmi bhai, Subhas Chandra Bose and many more. I am really grateful for our mother India giving birth to these great freedom fighters, if they were not there at that time we would have been still under British rule. Therefore, to sustain this freedom I suggest all the citizens of India to keep our heritage, culture and tradition for the coming generation.

Thank you
