A flag is a necessity for all nations. Every free nation of the world has its own flag. In India, Tiranga or tri-colour is national flag. It is a symbol of freedom and unity. It is called Tiranga because it has three colours- Saffron white and dark green. The saffron colour indicate strong and courage, white indicates peace and truth when as green shows fertility and growth. All colour are equal size. The center of the flag has wheel or chakra named in the honour of great Indian king Ashoka. The chakra indicates progress and life. The Indian national flag was discovered by Venkayya Pingali.

The national flag, Tiranga is hosted on Independence day, Republic day and all other important national festival we should love and honour our national flag because it is a sacred thin. We should maintain it at any cost. It is a symbol of courage and sacrifice. It is in inspiration to all of us to remind our past and move ahead in future. It represent unity of India in spite of differences in language culture, religion etc. The freedom struggle has been carried out with same spirit of unity.

In conclusion, Tiranga, a tri-colour Indian flag is a pride for every Indian living in India or abroad. It represent the sovereignty of the country. All Indian should free prove and happy to watch our national flag flying. Let Tiranga flag flying. Let Tiranga fly high and high and rise above all under the sky.
