We celebrate Independence Day every year on August 15 and it marks the victory of India from the British rule.

India got its freedom on 15th August 1947.

This year we are celebrating 74th Independence Day of India.

Our Tri colour National flag will be hoisted and National anthem Jana Gana Mana will be sung in honour.

This day fills us with spirit of Patriotism.

Thousands of freedom fighters sacrificed their lives for the country.

Mahatma Gandhi, Shahid Bhagat Singh, Pandit Nehru, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and other heroes fought for the independence of India.

I love my country and I am proud of it and will try to become a good citizen.

I would like to wish all Indians, Happy Independence day.
